How To Link Ghana Card To CAGD

There are two ways to Link Ghana Card To CAGD payroll

1. The first is by linking your SSNIT Number To Ghana Card: Once you link your SSNIT Number To Ghana Card, CAGD automatically will have access to that information and it would mean you would have linked your Ghana Card To CAGD
2. The second approach is to login into your GOG E payslip account and locate the button that allows you to link your Ghana card to the CAGD payroll. Don’t worry when you do not see the button to link your Ghana Card To CAGD on your dashboard, This feature is yet to be rolled out. In such case use the first option.

How To Link SSNIT Number To Ghana Card

1. Begin by dialing *711*9#  on your mobile phone.
2. Next, choose option 1 from the menu.
3. Subsequently, input your SSNIT number.
4. Proceed by entering your Ghana Card number without the hyphen and pressing send (for example, GHA870000005).
5. Then, select option 1 to complete the merging of your SSNIT number and Ghana Card (NIA) Number. Wait for a confirmation message.
6. Ultimately, you will receive an email confirming the successful merger.
7. If there is an error during the merging process, you will be notified via a message.

How To Check SSNIT Number To Ghana Card Merger Status

1. Initiate by dialing *711*9# on your mobile device.
2. Subsequently, opt for choice 2. Enter either your SSNIT number or Ghana Card Number.
3. Your merger status will be retrieved and forwarded to your email.
4. Notification will be provided if your SSNIT and Ghana Card numbers are not yet merged.
