Register Here: NTC Opens Portal For Teacher’s Registered Numbers – How To Apply

The National Teaching Council has officially opened its portal for all newly posted teachers to apply online for their Teacher’s registered numbers. Note that the portal will be closed after some time. Registered numbers are just as important as your staff ID and must not be taken for granted.

Eligibility And Documents Required For NTC Applying For Teachers Registered Numbers

 

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must provide the following documents:

  1. Wassce certificate
  2. College certificate
  3. Transcript
  4. Cover letter from Headteacher
  5. Payslip if any
  6. An Application letter addressed to the Executive Secretary NTC, Accra, seeking for the generation of your registered number
  7. Indicate your institution as well as your year of completion in the application letter.

 

Application Procedures: How To Apply

 

  1. Start by visiting: http://ntc.gov.gh
  2. Then click on the “Teachers Without Registered Number” button
  3. Or just visit https://ntc.gov.gh/register
  4. Click on the signup tab to create an account if you have not
  5. Afterwards click on the sign in tab
  6. Provide the login details you created during the signup
  7. Afterward fill the NTC teacher registered form and upload all the scanned documents listed above
  8. Click on submit when done.

 

How To Receive Your Teacher Registered Number After Applying

 

  1. The NTC after reviewing your application will send you your Teacher Registered Number by email or alert you to login to your portal to access it.

    “Dear Konadu Nana your application for registered number has been validated successfully. Your registered number was not issued because of the following reasons: You failed to upload your first degree certificate.”
