Here are the University of Education Winneba ( UEW ) Fees and  Fees payment schedule for the Academic Year. The UEW fees fees payment schedule contains the total amount payable by both Ghanaian and Foreign students for all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Listed below is the Official University of Education Winneba ( UEW ) Fees and fees payment schedule for all undergraduate, Distance, postgraduate and international students for the academic year.

Note that these policies and procedures are applicable to all UEW students who register for programmes for the academic year. UEW reserves the right to change fees without prior notice to students but in such event it will be communicated through our platforms.

The UEW fees and fees payment schedule has been officially uploaded online for students. All Fresh and Continuing Students of the University of Education ( Winneba ), are to take note of the UEW fees and fees Schedule for the academic year for Regular,  Distance and Sandwich Sessions.

The University of Education Winneba (UEW) school fees can be paid  through TRANSFLOW at any branch of the banks indicated against the respective campuses. Students are to inform the Bank Teller that they are using the TRANSFLOW to pay the University of Education, Winneba fees. Students who do not pay all fees cannot register for academic courses. Continuing students are to visit their portals in the OSIS to know their full fees.

UEW Mode Of Fee Payment

All continuing and fresh students are to pay their fees through the Transflow Platform through designated banks for the various campuses below:

Winneba Campus

Regular and Sandwich Students are to pay their fees through GCB BANK LTD, ADB BANK LTD, HFC BANK LTD, ZENITH BANK GHANA LTD, UNIBANK GHANA LTD, CAPITAL BANK

Distance students are to pay their fees through GCB Bank, Zenith Bank, National Investment Bank (NIB), and Consolidated Bank

Kumasi Campus

All College of Technology Education Kumasi campus students are to their fees through GCB BANK LTD, ECOBANK GHANA LTD, UNIBANK GHANA LTD

Mampong Campus

All College of Agriculture Education Mampong Campus students are to pay their fees through GCB Bank, and Ecobank.

Ajumako Campus

All College of Languages Education Ajumako Campus students are to pay their fees through GCB Bank.

UEW Fees Payment Procedures

UEW Online Fee Payment Procedures 

1. Visit the UEW online fee payment portal through https://myghpay.com/
2. Afterwards Click on Login/Register at the top right corner of the page
3. Then Click on Sign Up
4. Then Enter details in the form that shows and Click on Get Started
5. After Registration is Successful! Click OK
6. Afterwards Login with Email and Password generated at the registration page
7. Then Scroll down and Select the institution UEW
8. Then Enter details in the form provided and Click on Verify
9. After verification, Click on Choose payment mode
10. Then Select your payment mode from the drop down menu
11. Afterwards Click on Choose card option and select add new card
12. Then Enter the credit card (MasterCard or Visa) details in the form displayed
13. Then Click on CVV and enter the 3 digit code on the card
14. Then Click on Save and Continue
15. Afterwards Click on Make Payment to proceed
16. The transaction details are displayed, Click on Confirm Pay
17. If the transaction is successful you will see a message and an option to print receipt

UEW Offline Fee Payment Procedures 

1. Visit a an authorized bank stated above based on your campus
2. Request for a UEW Transflow form from the teller
3. Fill the UEW Transflow form and present to the teller
4. Make the required payment
5. Take A receipt
