GES Promotion Results Statistics

  1. Out of 30,280 candidates who were shortlisted for the test,18,475 were promoted, representing 61.0 per cent.
  2. For Deputy Director rank, 2,336 candidates took the test ,out of which 1,140 representing 48.8% were successful.
  3. For Assistant Director 1 rank, 7,170 candidates took the test with 4,709 being successful representing 65.7%.
  4. For Assistant Director 2 rank, 18,238 candidates took the test , out of which 10,869 representing 59.5% passed.
  5. For the Principal Superintendent grade, 1,766 candidates representing 69.6% of a total candidates of 2,536 were successful.

Teachers that applied for promotion and participated in GES promotion aptitude test can check the list of successful candidates on the GES promotion portal online.

 

Step 1; Buy E voucher Online For GES Promotion

  1. Visit the official GES promotion portal .
  2.  Click on the ”Click to buy eVoucher card” button. There will be three options for you to choose the type of voucher to buy, Choose the “e voucher for promotions” option.
  3. Afterwards you will be required to choose a mobile money network, then enter your mobile money number and provide a valid email address to make the payment. The e voucher for GES promotion is 5 cedis.
  4. You will receive a prompt on your phone asking you to enter your mobile money pin to confirm payment.
  5. Afterwards a confirmation email containing the evoucher code and transaction ID would be sent to your email as well as sms.
  6. You have successfully bought the GES promotions e voucher .

You can as well buy the evoucher on your mobile phone offline to check the GES promotion

This option is not confirmed for this promotion (It was valid for the previous promotion ) so use the online option above instead.

  1. On you phone dial the short code *170# on MTN
  2. Then select option 2 in the menu to ‘pay bill’
  3. Afterwards select the option 6 – ‘general payment’
  4. Then you will be prompted to ‘enter payment code’. Enter “promotion” as the payment code
  5. Then you will be prompted to ‘pay any amount’. Where you will be required to enter the amount to pay. which is 10 cedis.
  6. Afterwards you will then be required to enter the reference. Where you enter a preferred reference, this can be your name.

  5. Afterwards enter your “interview Year”, “Staff ID” and “E Voucher Card Number” acquired in step 1
  6. The Teaching and Non teaching staff GES Promotion Aptitude Test Results and Interview Results will be available if you passed your GES Aptitude Test or Interview.
  7. There will then be an option for you to print your GES Promotion Letter for upgrading

  8. Please sir or madam I had my staff ID mixed up when filling the 2020 promotion online forms.. Hence misquoted my staff ID when filling my promotion forms online. HOW DO I RECTIFY THIS.

    SECONDLY WHEN WILL THE 2020/2021 PROMOTION LETTERS BE READY FOR DELIVERY OR DISPARCHED TO THE VARIOUS REGIONS AND MUNICIPALITIES TO SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
