The Education Minister, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh has finally given the exact date for the opening of the recruitment Portal for University Graduates to apply.

This was made known during his second appearance on the  Nation Building Update to address the nation on for the education sector.

According to Education Minister,

• The GES Recruitment Portal For University Graduates will be opened from Monday, 2nd November for graduate teachers to apply for immediate employment.
• This is to enable the recruitment of 6,500 graduate teachers

He made this known with the following statements:

• Under this government, 24,472 graduate teachers have been employed and on Monday, November 2nd. The recruitment Portal will be opened for another 6,500 graduate teachers to be employed
• The financial clearance given and recruitment done by the end of this term will accelerate to 93,724.
• He added that Since 2017 , the NPP government has recruited 93, 724 teachers”
