The Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) has commenced the release of Selected trainees for the PHC fieldwork as enumerators and supervisors to list and enumerate households.
This comes after the training exams results release. The full list of all selected persons will be uploaded HERE by close of the day when we get the remaining list. Available districts are marked “Download“, Yet to be uploaded regions are marked “Loading” If your region is not accessible, check back later Avenuegh.com will update the list as soon as we receive it.

GSS PHC Selection Criteria
The selection was mainly based on how well a trainee understood the concept of the 2021 Population and Housing Census (PHC) exercise after the training.
Four assessments were conducted at each training centre nationwide. The four assessment were totaled and each trainee ranked. However, some trainees who could not make it up to the final list as enumerators but excelled as standby (Buffer) enumerators. They will be deployed to enumeration areas incase there is a challenged.

Mode Of Conducting The PHC 2021
The 2021 edition of the census exercise is purely digital as compared to the previous years which used Paper Assisted Personal Interviewing (PAPI) method. therefore, the GSS conducted an assessment to measure the knowledge of trainees on how to use the Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) to collect quality data as far as the 2021 Population and Housing census is concerned.
PAYMENT TRAINING ALLOWANCE TO PHC TRAINEES
The GSS begun payment of T&T to trainees across the country. The payment system was activated yesterday (11-06-2021). Trainees in the Greater Accra and Volta Region have received their share and will soon cut across all regions. NOTE: The amount to be received by each trainee is GH330.00. The list for other districts will be uploaded as soon as it is released.

Pleaase what qualifies an enumerator to be part of the final list. because l performed well in the assessment and in class as well but l wasn’t part of the final list. Because I wasted all my time for this training, l even had a motor accident which l nearly lost my life and at end my name wasn’t part of the final list. so those of us on standby, are we going to be paid?
Please I want to know if I am among those who qualified.
