Avoid Payment Of Money For National Service Posting – NSS Secretariat Cautions

“The management of the National Service Scheme has noted with grave concern the activities of some unscrupulous persons parading as moderators or agents of the Scheme on various social media platforms and are extorting monies from prospective National Service Personnel with the view of assisting them to be posted to their preferred institution.

Management by this statement wishes to inform prospective National Service Personnel and the general public that there is nothing like “special posting” and the Scheme has no moderators or agents to that effect. We wish to state categorically that postings of service personnel does not attract any fee. Management thus admonishes prospective Service Personnel to, wherever approached, report such persons to the security agencies to be dealt with under the laws of Ghana.

All perpetrators of this criminal act are therefore to desist from exploiting innocent national service prospects in their quest to serve mother Ghana or face full regors of the law when apprehended.”
